SASS is an international Education Service Agency that powers and manages education programs for private and public accredited and non-accredited schools, learning centers, homeschool hubs, church schools, homeschooling, and alternative education programs and adult learning to create a learning environments for K-12, school re-entry, and continuing education learners that offers the interpersonal relationships, comradery, emotional support, school pride and a sense of community and belonging, and human connections that research proves makes the positive difference in the academic success of students. Our schools provide a homeschool hybrid and dual learning environment for students with special needs, as well as those who experience anxiety or other factors that limit their success in traditional school settings, through access to performance arts and entrepreneurial training in a differentiated therapeutic environment.

School Administrators Support Solutions (SASS) is the educational service partner supporting the operational and academic infrastructure of Rock Christian Academy of Performing Arts online and hybrid learning programs, in New Jersey and Arizona.
Through SASS, students and families gain access to high-quality virtual instruction, certified educators, and technology-supported learning environments designed to meet the needs of diverse learners. SASS works alongside Rock CAPA to ensure compliance, program integrity, and a seamless educational experience for students participating in alternative, remote, or ESA-funded pathways.
In addition to student-facing services, SASS provides consulting and strategic support for school administrators, including program development, instructional alignment, leadership coaching, principal mentorship, and systems implementation to strengthen school effectiveness and scalability.
SASS is led by Mrs. Ursula Derios, a passionate teacher educator with over 27 years of combined administrative, supervisory, and instructional experience. She brings deep expertise in developing highly effective teacher leaders through Professional Learning Communities (PLCs) and targeted professional development. Mrs. Derios is proficient in the andragogy required to support educators in unpacking and aligning state math standards with daily instruction, while fostering inclusive, student-centered learning environments that promote success for all learners.

Currently, SASS serves a predominantly low income families from racial and ethnic minority backgrounds. More than 75% of our student population are students with disabilities, recieive educational supports in health facilities, or have experienced other issues that have hindered their success in traditional or public school settings.
