Greetings Parents!
Thank you for your interest in Rock Christian Academy for the Performing Arts (CAPA)! What a joy it is to inform you that we will be opening our doors to students in grades Kindergarten through 12th grade, and we would love for your family to join ours!
Rock CAPA is a private tuition based institution, currently located in Upper Vailsburg at 15 Cleveland Avenue, in Newark, NJ. Our school allows your students to benefit from a loving and nurturing, learning environment, with the comforts and benefits that come with a homeschool model and philosphy. As Director and Founder of Rock CAPA, I work with your team to hire, vet, and train staff to ensure your students experience the best investors in their futures.
The vision of Rock Christian Academy for the Performing Arts incorporates the following three components:
1. Armor - Students will learn to "put on the whole armor" through character education with a Biblical worldview, and the application of Biblical principles.
2. Academics - Our curriculum is aligned with the state standards to ensure that your students are being prepared for college and career readiness, entrance into preparatory and magnet high schools, and to successfully compete with their peers throughout their state.
3. Art - All students will receive instruction in music, dance, and/or theatre in preparation for performances, our yearly theatre production, and to earn entrance into audition based arts programs.
